Monte O'Quinn is a young man with talent, great promise and a vision. He has developed and sharpened his skills as a professional athlete on the basketball court in the IBA and the USBL. From Austria to Canada or Turkey to Sweden, he is making his mark on the game of basketball. And he is a leader off court as well. He has begun to offer his leadership talents as a motivational speaker and peer mentor to inner city youths within his community. He is a strong advocate of higher education. He has learned well through focused training and self discipline, what it takes to be committed to reach your goals. His motivation to speak, is to share his personal and professional experiences on how he has reached his goals. Through motivational lectures and mentoring he desires to empower others to reach their goal of professional athletic development. He is reaching out to young athletic hopefuls in high school and those in college wanting guidance and insight on how and where to begin the development of a professional athletic career.
