Health Fitness
Fitness is the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor and without
undue fatigue, with sufficient energy to engage in leisure-time
pursuits and the vitality to perform at one’s fullest capacity.
Most people say they just can't find time to exercise. Well, if
you look around you'll never find the time, you have to make the time.
Schedule a time for yourself to exercise, just like you would if you
were going to the eye doctor, because your health depends on it.
30 - 45 minutes 3 - 4 days a week is all it takes to get started.
Your focus should be your health fitness. "God owns me, but I
need to take care of me."
Physical fitness is a set of attributes a person
has in regards to a person's ability to perform physical activities
that require aerobic fitness, endurance, strength or flexibility.
It is a set of attributes that are either health
related or performance (or skill) related. Health related fitness
comprises those components of fitness that exhibit a relationship with
health status. Performance/skill related fitness involves those
components of fitness that enable optimal work or sport performance.
